Flock Kickoff
- Weekly content released on DISCO learning platform
Module content, peer-to-peer discussions and networking, and integration activities - Bi-weekly, live online sessions with your Flock consisting of
- Workshops on frameworks and tools that can level-up your leadership
- Coaches’ Corner for practical peer-to-peer roleplay
- Discussion time to apply learnings as a group
- Office hours for participants and 1:1 coaching to deepen your understanding of the concepts and tools as they relate to your organization
- Weekly exercises to apply the learnings directly to challenges and situations coming up in your work
